Game launched and bombed?

This is the trickiest one and something no publisher ever touches. But we are different. We are Bushido. Let’s see if we can plan a way forward together, adjust your game, re-introduce it and figure out how to deliver its full potential.

WHAT SETS BUSHIDO APART.

  • We become part of your team. We can talk as often as you want, we can attend your meetings. We treat your game as our own and we bleed for it.
  • We do real game marketing. Marketing is woven in the DNA of a game - you can't split marketing from development. You are always in control but expect many advice on the game itself.
  • We have a fair contract. Our ask is 20%. Our honor code says that YOU must survive and make another game.
  • A toolbox at your disposal. We can help organize your remote team, suggest programs to use, setup pipelines, do code reviews, set milestones and make estimates, port, localize and QA.
  • The Bushido Way. We don't pick games based on their expected success. We pick games that excite us and we fight for them with katana, bo and fist.


Things we usually don't do.

  • We don't provide development funds. We might provide funding to an existing partner to get them out of a bad spot but if your primary need is funding, it's not us.
  • No Mobile Games. The ecosystem is bad.
  • No VR games. VR is lovely, we just don't know the market.
  • No 1mil+ Budget games. They would drain our time and we prefer true indie titles.
